For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about understanding people. What drives them, what fulfils them, and how they can thrive both personally and professionally. With a background in psychology and a successful career in recruitment, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals land roles that match their skills and aspirations. I loved the pace and problem-solving of the corporate world and gained valuable insight into how careers are built and how decisions are made.

Over time, I became increasingly curious about what happens before those decisions - the inner work, the self-discovery, the confidence-building that often needs to happen before someone feels truly ready to take their next step. I started to see that career growth isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes it looks like changing roles or industries, but it can also mean taking a break, starting a business, going freelance, or simply redefining what success means.

These are big life moments and since our careers take up such a big part of our time and energy, I believe it’s worth finding a path that actually feels good to be on. Those transitions can bring up a lot - from self-doubt and uncertainty to deeper questions around identity, purpose, and well-being - aspects that don’t always get talked about in the traditional career conversation.

That’s what inspired me to explore coaching as a way to support people on a more holistic level. Building on my BSc in Psychology, an ICF-accredited coaching qualification, and years of hands-on experience in recruitment and career advising, I now work with women who are navigating all kinds of transitions - whether they’re changing direction, stepping back, or stepping into something entirely new.

I chose to focus on women because I understand how uniquely complex this experience can be for us. We're often juggling multiple roles and expectations, and there's pressure to have it all figured out - even when we're craving change. I believe there’s strength in pausing, asking the bigger questions, and choosing a path that supports not just your career, but your confidence, mental health, and overall well-being.
